The first one was kind of sketchy...in a sketchy place (though they were very professional) but I wasn't comfortable, and in more pain after than I went in with. The second time was at a spa downtown...one of the places with plush robes and cucumber-infused water--and was just lovely. Then again, he goes ALL the time. haha! I always get deep tissue to work out the knots in my shoulder and always feel uber sore for a few days after.
