I got mastitis at 4 days pp last time well I thought I'd eluded it but I've now got the chills and feel horrible. I also thought it'd be a smart idea to go camping at 10 days pp and I've definitely overdone it, my pp bleeding is wway worse and I just feel bad. We're heading home now but what can I do to prevent feeling worse? I don't feel any clogged ducts nor red a red areas on the boobs. My LO has decided that eating is for the birds though </p>
