That probably sounds kind of dumb, lol. But I feel like it's a waste to put it on before work, since I sit all day and I'm thinking it would be uncomfortable. But because I don't put it on in the morning, at times later in the day when I'm running around my back starts to ache and then it's too late because I'm not at home. </p> <p>So for those of you that wore support belts, when did you wear them? </p>
