I wore a non-maternity BM dress. It was somewhat empire waist so still comfortable, and no one asked if I was pregnant. </p> <p>I would, however, suggest trying maternity spanx if you plan to wear them. I went to a wedding at 12 weeks with my second pregnancy and I could not have worn a maternity dress. Now, fitted styles would definitely not have worked but a bit too snug, higher waisted regular dress worked. It was a little snug but doable for the whole day. At 8-9 weeks pregnant with #2 I was definitely showing a little but was able to hide the bump until 13 weeks (we were cautious to share after a loss too). I would vote non maternity. I'm about 9 weeks with LO3 and can still hide it/wear regular clothes.
