ON maternity full panel jeans weren't that comfortable for me. Interestingly, Gap Maternity (basically the same company) fit better and they have a more comfortable full panel than ON. Motherhood Maternity pants were less expensive and they also have the comfortable full panel. I found it hard to not try them on before buying them b/c they all seemed to fit differently for me. The demi panels didn't last me for long and became uncomfortable during my second trimester so I didn't wear those for long. The full panels lasted longer for me.

Maternity jeans have fit me mostly the same so far (32w) but I agree with others that it depends where you gain - I know my sister, who is built like I am, had to buy more as she progressed.

I have some Old Navy maternity rockstar skinnies that fit well in my same pre-preg size, as well as Gap. I've had good luck finding Gap maternity jeans at our local Goodwill :) And, if you find something you really like and want more of Ebay is convenient. Good luck!

@Mrs. Jump Rope: We do have a Kohl's- I've never been there, I'll have to check it out. My co-worker suggested Gap, so I'll have to check there too. We do have some stores, but its a small city and I find the selection is usually pretty bad. But if I can at least try some stuff on, that will probably help.

I grew out of mine-I bought a pair of citizens at 17 weeks one size bigger than my normal size (I am normally a 25-26 and I bought a pair of 27s) and by 30 weeks, I couldn't get them up. Luckily my SIL gave me a pair of 29s, that got me through the rest of my pregnancy!

I bought almost all of my maternity clothes from ON. I loved them!! I agree, you'll grow into them. I remember all my ON pants being insanely comfortable.

Do you have a Kohl's around you? I bought some pants from there, too. I loved them!

I think some of it depends on how you typically gain weight when not preggo - I always gain in the booty and thighs and sure enough, I went up to probably a 12 maternity by the end of the pregnancy (I wore an 8 before). Of course, by then it was summer and I just lived in skirts and dresses rather than buy new pants for the home stretch.

Even if you don't wear them all the way through your pregnancy you might find the jeans useful on the way back down again. I know most of my girlfriends went through that awkward phase where their late-term maternity stuff didn't fit that great but their pre-pregnancy stuff didn't fit right either.

I bought ON jeans around 12 weeks, and they were baggy in the pelvic area -- now, at 33 weeks, they're not baggy anywhere! The elastic under belly band gets a little uncomfortable when I'm sitting down, but it hasn't stopped me from wearing them.

@hilsy85 - Oh looks can be deceiving...hehehe
@rachiecakes - Good point! My GF is teeny tiny, but her legs definitely grew A LOT! My BFF was also teeny tiny and her belly grew BIG and FAST! But she was back to normal I think by month 2 or 3! I'm scared of what will become of me since my mom never got her figure back after my sister and brother.

@shopaholic: it's funny how different people carry pregnancy weight. Me and my best friend wear the same size 2/4 and I was able to wear my maternity 2/4 pants until delivery (though being on bedrest, I did wear a lot of yoga pants). But she outgrew them about halfway through. I gained a ton of weight/water weight (swelling was c-razy) but she has not at all. It's just how you carry. So weird.

I got jeans from Motherhood Maternity and I think they had spandex in it because it fit great throughout my whole pregnancy (and my butt/thighs/hips got muuuuch bigger!).

I bought a pair of jeans around 15 weeks or so and they still fit at 36 weeks. I also still have room to grow! They also have not gotten as tight as I thought they would, maybe because they have spandex. They are constantly sagging and falling down. But then again, my butt and thighs have not grown tha much, so maybe that's why.

I think we'll all fill out in the thighs and butt area (as well as the pelvic area). I got some Target LL maternity denim pants in XS (I'm normally a sz 4) and my GF saw me in them yesterday. She was normally a size 0-2 and she said she got the same LL denim pants and she had to wear a size Med. I admit, her lower half got a lot bigger towards her 3rd tri. Makes me think my current ones won't last the whole pregnancy.

I bought jeans that were fitted at 12 weeks and they still fit me at 32 weeks. I think as long as the material has some spandex in it I actually think you'll be fine.

I agree with @chopsuey119. You'll get bigger in your thighs.

For the nicer jeans, I didn't want to spend a fortune but I wanted them to fit like pre-pregnancy jeans so I found that Motherhood jeans were perfect for me.

I think you'll definitely get bigger in the booty and belly. I had the smallest butt pre baby, and it got large and round!

If the jeans fit well now you can always wear them until they get tight and just buy a bigger size later.

I'm only 10 1/2 weeks along, but my pants are getting tight and I already mostly just wear leggings with skirts (fortunately its cold around here!). I ordered a pair of old navy maternity jeans because of the sale going on, and got them today.

I'm trying to decide if I should return them or if they will fit when I get bigger- the only place that feels a bit loose is right around my pelvic bone area (so where the front pockets are). They fit well on my butt/thighs. That seems like a place where I will probably get bigger- right?

What do you think? They were only 25.00.

I"m also wondering because I plan on buying a nicer pair when I get a little further along, but there isn't really anywhere around here for me to try them on, so I"ll have to order them.
