I figure if you see that I'm out for that long, it's probably maternity leave. I truly had no clue when I'd deliver and be back to work so I couldn't put a specific end date. Plus I didn't feel like airing my medical issues out for the world so I chose to be vague. I think the problem with not saying maternity leave is that people worry it's a serious illness or something bad happened and then bug your colleagues. Or that no one else can log in under that profile.
