34" inseam here. My favorite savior was a pair of soft, flowy non-maternity yoga pants with a fold-down waist. Then there was an eBay pair from a seller who routinely bought secondhand designer jeans and altered them by sewing in side panels. (Can't remember the seller's name and don't know whether they're still around, but eBay overall is a good maternity source and the jeans inseams are usually given in the listings.) Eventually the side-panel jeans refused to stay up when I walked, though, so by 3rd trimester I was into a full-panel Motherhood Maternity pair that just happened to have a longer-than-usual inseam.

I'm 6'3", so finding tall maternity pants was one of my top priorities! My favorite pants were from RG Maternity, and they have 36 inch inseams. I highly recommend them! I think their website is http://www.rgmaternity.com.

I had 2 pairs of Pants from H&M and they were super long on me. I'm 5'6" and they were at least 4-5 inches too long. Maybe try those?

I'm 5ft 11 and have a hard time buying regular pants. I usually go for low rise pants and I check the hem to see if they have an extra inch or more folded into the hem and then I unpick it and iron it outt. When I transition to maternity pants I d ont expect it to be eas, I'm hoping to find something low rise without that huge panel

A friend who is 6" just took some regular pants to a seamstress and her convert them to maternity pants. It worked out to be easier/cheaper than searching and buying stuff that didn't fit. (You can also find tutorials online if you're a sewer)

I think I had more trouble finding appropriate length dresses and skirts for work. It seemed that as you went up maternity sizes things just got wider not longer

I am 5'8 and I also got the long size at motherhood maternity, I bought them during their BOGO 50% sale, so I paid $60 for two pairs. And that's the only jeans I'm buying the whole pregnancy lol One is bootcut, and the other is straight leg. Both are pretty cute, I was surprised to find maternity jeans I liked that fit well.

I heard some women say that they found some great Seven & Citizens jeans on ebay for around $40

Oh yeah, with heels they wouldn't work--I'm all about ballet flats and uggs lately ;)

I have the same issue. I'm 5'10" and all leg. I was given some motherhood one's that work with sneakers, but I usually wear heels so that's out. I'm wearing mostly dresses or leggings and tunics.

I'm 5'10" with a 35-36 inch inseam and the longs at Motherhood Maternity are long enough! (between $40-$50). I believe they say they're only 34", but I think because you wear them a little lower than normal jeans, they work.

I'm 5'10" too. I foresee wearing a lot of skirts/dresses I guess; I did see some 7 for all mankind maternity pants a while back (those are 35 or so inseam) but they are expensive.

I'm tall (5'10") and had the same issue. The dress pants from Kohls were pretty long.

Personally, I hated the short panel later on in pregnancy. With my belly button poking out it was nice to have the full panel to help cover it and it was much less pressure on my belly.

Are there any tall or short-waisted (is that the right word)? women find maternity pants that are long enough? I bought a couple of pairs online during Old Navy's recent sale and they're practically high waters. I am looking for a pair without the panel that won't cost $70. Thoughts?
