I feel like no maternity pants fit, they are always sliding down! Or they fit the legs but not the waist, I just don't get it! I love over the bump leggings, particularly Asos.

Thank you everyone!!!! This is all such helpful advice ☺

Looks like I'm safe to add full panel pants unless I'm one of the people who doesn't like them anyway.

I was induced at 38w3d and LOVED the full panel. I never (even early on) felt like the demi panel would stay up. I felt gigantic- 54 week fundal measurement at 34 weeks. Full never got too tight at all.

ETA- my babies weren't that small, either- DS was 7lbs 11ozs, DD was 5lbs 3ozs.

I didn't have twins and didn't feel like I got that big and I still definitely preferred full panel!

I'm not having twins but I've gotten about 20+ comments/questions if I'm having twins so let's be honest, I'm huge. For my 2nd trimester I preferred full panel for the support. For my 3rd trimester, the full panel is too tight - I'm limited to one pair of demi-panel pants and then strictly dresses/leggings.

I personally hated full panel and felt claustrophobic in them. I only wore demi panel pants. I did get huge (made it to 36 weeks and was a beached whale between the swelling and I swear my stomach had its own zip code) and towards the end I only had one pair of jeans that fit. I wore those and dresses/skirts and yoga/sleep pants that fit under my stomach. I was on modified bed rest the last two or so weeks so at that point, getting dressed in normal people clothes wasn't really an issue unless I was going to a dr's office, etc.

Similar to the above post, I had a friend pregnant at the same time and she did full panel.

Full panel. I only made it to 30 weeks but I was measuring pretty huge but still the full panel had plenty of room to grow and was so much more comfortable in my opinion

I preferred full panel. I was due in May, so didn't have to go through the summer or anything. I also wore a lot of maternity dresses with leggings. They seemed to have more room than shirts & pants. I went on bedrest (at home) at 32 weeks, so stopped wearing "real" clothes then. At that point I just wore tshirts, pj pants, maternity yoga pants, etc. I didn't get huge, although I went to 38 weeks. My babies ended up small and their position just never made my bump huge. My sister (also a twin mom), is tiny, stick thin, and her bump stuck out really far. You just never know how you will end up carrying!

I didn't have twins but my friend who was pregnant at the same time did and we both liked full panel for the whole time. I was much bigger than she was for what it's worth so you won't necessarily be that big.

I am very lucky in that I was handed-down my friend's wardrobe. I have sorted through and started thinking of things I'd like to add to the mix. Right now demi panel fits best for me (at 16 weeks). Before I spend money I want to think of what makes the most sense in the long term.

Twin moms - did you wear more full panel or demi panel (because your tummy was too big??) as you moved toward the end of the 2nd trimester/into third trimester.

I've read that it is likely I will be one size early on and another size later on - so I may need to re-buy....but I'm just hoping to spend money as wisely as I can :)
