Love the full panel - and when I'm feeling hot or itchy, I just fold them down!
I'm really short waisted, so a lot of the demi and low panels just didn't fit me well at all and hit at strange places on my stomach.

Full panel all the way. I couldn't find shorts the length I wanted for this summer that had a full panel and settled on a low panel and I curse them every single day. I'm constantly so uncomfortable and can't wait to get my bottoms off.

I like the gap full panel work pants, they have been super comfy since about 12 weeks. The panel doesn't come up at as high now that I am 32w6d but they are still comfy. I have a pair of demi-panel gap pants that are okay... they were better when my bump didn't push it down as much. Now, my giant bump causes them to fold over so I would skip them if I had to shop again.

The full panels from Loft feel like they are suffocating me and I have to wrangle myself into them which is a complete pain since I pee every 2 minutes.

I loved my full-panel jeans. I had some yoga pants that hit below my belly and I always felt like they were falling off (earlier in pregnancy) and digging in (later in pregnancy). The benefit of the full panel is that you can fold it down if you need to (if you get hot or itchy or anything).

I like low panel with a very wide, stretchy band. I have been really loving my Old Navy pants this pregnancy and I am currently at 32.5 weeks. I also like skirts and maxi skirts with the soft, wide fold down panels (both Old Navy and Gap).

Full panel pants either slide down on me or they make me feel like I'm dying if they are too snug (but I've been having issues with the baby sitting really high and so I HATE the feeling of ANYTHING on my ribcage).

I loved the low or demi panel early in my pregnancy but as I started to get bigger, baby didn't like the waist band digging in so I had to buy full panel pants.

Full panel until my belly got so big in the 3rd tri that it started getting uncomfortable (I carried wayyy out front). At that point, the elastic panel in the "perfect fit" belly got so itchy I couldn't stand it! I ended up just folding it down (like you would yoga pants) to create a demi-panel until the end. Worked great!

Low panel! The full panel is too many layers of clothing over my belly and makes me itch. Ever since I switched to low panel/breathable material I haven't been itchy at all and not one new strech mark!

Full panel! They are so comfortable! To me it feels similar to wearing a tighter camisole under my shirt. I have tried all of them and all I will buy this time is full panel.

@Mrs. Lion: the secret fit belly pants are spandex so they aren't baggy. I can wear them right now (not pregnant) and they fit fine in the waist and don't fall down. But then they stretch during pregnancy.

I don't think I would like the cottony full panel pants, but I never owned any of those, so I don't know.

Another full panel lover here. I bought all my jeans from Motherhood maternity with the similar panels that @Anagram: mentioned (secret belly fit). So comfy!!

I bought a pair of under belly maternity slacks from Gap and by the 3rd trimester, it was super duper uncomfortable. It actually dug into my belly if I sat down. No bueno.

@Mrs. Lion: I folded mine down, so they were half the full panel. You have to pull them up sometimes, but it worked for me. At 29w I still fold mine down!

I prefer the low panel because I hate the tightness of the full panel. I do have a few pairs of the full panel that I wear, but I try to stick to low panel and/or dresses whenever possible. Full panel yoga pants are super comfy though and I wore mine in between pregnancies and will keep wearing them after #2 is born I'm sure.

I didn't vote because for me it depends on the stage of pregnancy I'm in. I loved the under belly ones in the early stages when the belly wasn't as pronounced and after birth (whenever yoga pants were not appropriate). Later in pregnancy I mainly wore full panel one because they just were more comfortable for me at that point.

Full panel only for me. I found that if I wore them with my Bella band, the demi panel pants were okay. Otherwise they cut unflatteringly/uncomfortably into my belly.

I have every kind of maternity pant/panel possible and I strongly prefer a full panel. Total opposite of what I thought I'd like! I have some really nice jeans that have the side panel and some gap demi-panels...both are really tight and/or itchy to me.
I also just feel like the full panel smooths my bump nicely and kind of holds my shirt in place.
