The only jeans I thought didn't dig in are my j brand maternity and this one pair of pants I bought non maternity from target. I'll try and find similar ones...

They are the GapFit GBalance pants but the ones on the site don't look the same as the ones I have. I got mine in October.

I never found a pair. The closest I found was a pair of non maternity yoga pants that I already had, with a fold down waist. They always slid down in the waist, which was annoying (prepreg and 9 months pregnant they did this) but they were comfy.

Oh, and once I went on maternity leave (2 weeks before due date) I pretty much wore these every single day:
http://www.target.com/p/mossimo-supply-co-juniors-capri-yoga-pant-assorted-colors/-/A-14123109#?lnk=sc_qi_detaillink
foldover cotton capris from Target, junior section. Someone on here recommended them and they really were oh so comfortable.

@MrsKoala: Which one? Because I swear I've tried every Gapfit maternity pant! I have the leggings (the waist is bizarre) and the yoga pants from before and after the redesign.

I forget the name, but the brand kohls carries.

I just bought the most comfortable pair of leggings and never want to take them off. Ever.

All their pants have a seamless panel and it's pure heaven.

Especially loungey pants! You have no idea how many pairs of pants I've tried over the last several months. Umpteen leggings and yoga pants and they ALL DIG IN SOMEWHERE. The problem (which is getting worse) is that my hips are wide, my belly is getting huge, but my legs are still an XS/S.

Help?

(Oh, and I should add that even pants with the most comfortable panel tend to have that annoying seam.)
