I loved using my own body pillow (it's from Target). After using the Snoogle for awhile now I don't like it as much. I can't use it with my regular pillow and it gives me a stiff neck. Also when DH is in the bed too I have to get out of the bed entirely to change positions. It's smaller, shaped like a candy cane and you can use your own choice of head pillow. The snoogle takes up almost as much room on your bed as another adult. It was nice because as I got further along I liked to roll over because I'd get too warm. With a king size pillow (or a body pilow) that was doable.
