No stores around me sold the actualy Spanx so I went to Motherhood and got maternity pantyhose. the definately smoothed everything out and were pretty comfortable. Just wore them last weekend to a wedding. My belly wasn't compressed, but they smoothed out other areas and just made me more comfortable in general. I'm 29 weeks and the thought of trying to get in to my pre-preg spanx is truly terrifying. I love them! I never really wore spanx prior to pregnancy, so I was a little put off by the almost $40 price tag but wanted to wear a tight dress to my shower and I didn't want to have panty lines. I am so glad I bought them!
