Yes! I go to a chiropractor regularly anyway, but find one that does the Webster method. It's a prenatal specific method/technique that helps with round ligament pain and everything else.

Also I did K-Tape, it was amazing and one application can last you 10 days or so... But I had to start having weekly ultrasounds and couldn't have it on, so I had to give it up.

I used a support belt similar to @Sams Mom, mainly when I knew I would be walking around a lot. I would wear a camisole underneath it, put it on and then put my pants on over it. It was a lot of layers but I was also pregnant in the winter...

@MrsBucky: I would also recommend a chiropractor! I had horrible pelvic pain with my first but never took the time to see one. With my second, I started going at 25 weeks before the pain really started. She helped keep everything aligned and I swear it helped me have a better delivery!

@MrsBucky: I used this one because I had a lot of extra fluid and was really miserable. The one downside I had was the conundrum of Do I wear it over my maternity pants because its more comfortable that way and take it off everytime to go potty, or Do I wear it under my pants where it rubs a little.

I ended up putting some moleskin padding on the parts that rubbed and it helped.

I am now 31 weeks and am starting to have a lot of discomfort moving around, mostly due to pelvic pain that seems centralized to where the bottom of my belly hits my pelvis. It's making it hard to walk a lot, get out of bed, or get on the floor and play with my son (and get back up!). I really can't imagine just doing nothing for the next 9 weeks- it seems too soon to be this incapacitated! I was wondering if others have dealt with this, and if so, what helped? I was thinking maybe a maternity support belt my ease it a bit, but there are so many options.... any recommendations that worked well for you? I'm also going to ask my midwife about it on Wednesday, but if I have a good recommendation, I'd love to order one ASAP.
