What a story! I had two c-sections so I know how it is in there. I heard a lot of talking as well that I didn't want to hear. I think I lost a lot of blood with my first but not enough to need a transfusion.</p> <p>I hope your DH recovers faster than normal and can start helping you out. I can't imagine how stressful it can be with having three kids to look after all by yourself, even with your mom there. At least she can help with meals so that's one thing off your plate. If it's possible, perhaps you can hire a mother's helper or even baby sitters to help with the kids a few hours a day. Hang in there!!
