Conceiving is the actual act/process (?) of BECOMING pregnant (egg meets sperm). You didn't "conceive" three times in a week in hopes of having a baby, you had sex three times in a week in hopes of having a baby/conceiving. You can get tons of advice on here but your lady doctor is the best to work with because he or she can give you advice on what to try (mine said to do OPK's CD10-20) and then when they know you are trying its easier to move onto other things if what you're trying isn't working. I you try a few months THEN go to the doc, most will make you try a few MORE months before intervening. They can also make sure prior to conceiving you are on the necessary medicines. If you aren't already they will tell you to start a prenatal.
