Anybody take the McMoyler birthing classes (online or in person in SF)? I just started reading "The Best Birth" (by McMoyler). I like the fact that it seems to be a middle ground between totally natural/un-medicated births and the traditional epidural. I plan on trying to go unmedicated as long as possible, but am not adverse to an epidural or a c-section as long as the result is a healthy baby.

Anyone else read this book or take a class using the McMoyler Method?
