I typically do a breakfast meal and a dinner meal. Just some samples: toast, full fat Greek yogurt, oatmeal, banana, avocado, cottage cheese, sweet potato, cheese (he's had feta and cheddar), raspberries, blueberries. He's also had black beans, pasta, tortilla and he will also have a pouch of baby food mixed in. I usually try to feed him an hour after he's had milk so that hes hungry enough but it won't take away from his breastmilk/formula feeding. Our pediatrician says to feed him until he doesn't want any more. LO is 7 months, breastfed and we are doing BLW. I'm struggling with how much to feed her, when, and what. I nurse her before she eats regular food, but meal times just aren't consistent. Some days I barely find the time to make her something and other days she sits down to eat 2-3 times. Looking for others experiences/schedules for meal times for a 6-12 month old. </p>
