@Looch I'm glad to hear that your LO eats seafood. My husband is a pescaterian, so I don't normally cook meat or chicken. I'm hoping to do Baby Led Weaning with our son and that he can eat versions of what we are eating.

Pulled pork: pork roast, can of coke, bbq sauce in crockpot for about 7 hours or until it falls apart with a fork.

Pioneer Woman's chicken spaghetti is delicious.

Spaghetti pie

stuffed shells

creamy crockpot chicken: chicken breasts, can of diced tomatoes (do not drain), package of ranch seasoning, can of cream of chicken soup. Cook for about 4-5 hours. My husband swears this is hands down the most flavorful, juicy chicken he's ever tasted.

@looch - cool! It sounds like your family has a well developed palate. I don't really like fish myself unless it is raw sashimi so I guess that's why I haven't cooked it for the LO yet. I will have to try now!

My son is 10 months, he eats salmon and white fish. No shellfish or shrimp yet though.

I love to cook, I just kind of wing it, lol. I am lucky that my husband is an awesome eater. He will try anything and has introduced me to some interesting foods.

I love hearing about what everyone cooks since I love to eat! @looch - you sound like quite the cook! How old is your son? Does he eat shrimp and salmon? I haven't tried giving my LO much seafood yet except for fish sticks from Whole Foods.

BLUSHINK- Here is the link

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/campbells-kitchen-chicken-noodle-casserole/detail.aspx

I dont use cream of mushroom, i use cream of chicken. Plus i dont use parmesan cheese, i use cheddar cheese instead. Plus i doctor mine up with some salt, pepper, garlic powder and whatever other seasonings i desire. Also, i add 1 1/2 cups of mixed frozen vegetables to my casserole. It is delicious! You can have it for like 2 or 3 meals.

I am pretty particular about the things I cook for dinner. We don't use a lot of prepared things and I try to use seasonal produce. Our son will eat what we eat when he gets table food (he's only got his two bottom teeth right now, so it's a bit limiting), but he gobbles up butternut squash and sweet potatoes.

Some things in our regular rotation:
Chicken roulades with spinach and goat cheese
Chicken or pork marsala
Salmon with leek sauce
Shrimp aqua pazza
Beef entrecote with pecan-mustard crust
Beef soft tacos with Stilton sauce
Pasta with fresh pesto
Chickpea and sweet potato red curry

We don't have kids, but my husband is the pickiest eater EVER. We do lots of pasta and variations on Mexican food (Tacos, Nachos, Quesadillas, etc.) and this time of year, we use our Crock Pot daily!

I make alot of stuff and freeze it so that way it's easy to just pop in the oven. I don't do much Crock Pot in the summer, but now it's time to start making some recipes. I will need to get a bigger crockpot though.

Pasta is popular here as well, but sherpards pie, meatloaf, chicken fajitas, soups, are easy and loved by everyone.

I'm always on the look out for meals that everyone in our family will eat. The DH and I are not picky at all so it's more about finding something that we want to eat and that will also be good for the LO. Pastas, any which way, are big in our household. I've also been using my crock pot a lot so that makes things easier as well. Plus that usually makes large quantities so I can freeze half for another time. What are some meals you make that your whole family will eat?
