They didn't change my EDD. My doctor told me this meant the baby was BIGGER, but not necessarily that he would be "fully baked" earlier. My fundal measurement was ahead so they sent me for an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed she was already about 8 pounds 13 ounces (40 weeks in size). I had an ultrasound at 36w to check growth and baby was on track for EDD (I'm overweight which can lead to measuring ahead). That kind of blew my mind! My appointment before had me measuring a couple weeks ahead as well, but they haven't changed my due date. They are scheduling me for another ultrasound in two weeks to check on her growth and I guess we'll go from there.</p> <p>Has anyone else had experience with this? Did you go early, or around your original due date? Part of me is excited to be measuring ahead because I am ready to meet our LO, but another part of me is afraid to get my hopes up! </p>
