<description>&#60;p&#62;Our pediatrician mentioned at our last visit that traditionally here the first solid food is iron fortified cereal but that there has been some research to suggest that meat may be a good option as well. Has anyone else been told this? I have only started to look into it but I did find this study which agrees with her:&#60;br /&#62;
