Each cup has 3 pieces for me. One on top that hooks over my bra clasp... then two on the bottom that I hook on my under part of the bra/underwire... this holds the 'cup' in place. You can adjust the length of the one of top to be snug so it doesn't unhook as you move.</p> <p>I keep responding because this pump is the shit! I didn't even know there was a special bra to be hands free.... I just figured every pump worked like the freestyle with any bra. I always only use the one style that clips onto a nursing tank because all my bras have that same style hook. And it works great. I'm not sure what all the complaints are about actually. Have they changed the hooks in the past 3 years? I've used the freestyle through two kids and love the hands free. I hook it onto my regular nursing bra or nursing tank and Voila. I can pump at my desk and work on the computer. I've pumped in the car while driving. Pump while cooking dinner. Pump and fold laundry. You name it. I think I'm going with the Freestyle, but also received a pumping bra as a gift. The BBB lady was telling me the Freestyle hooks onto your bra so you don't really need the extra tube top thing... have people found that works? Or should I hang onto it? </p>
