Do you guys have all the parts. Each cup has 3 pieces for me. One on top that hooks over my bra clasp... then two on the bottom that I hook on my under part of the bra/underwire... this holds the 'cup' in place. You can adjust the length of the one of top to be snug so it doesn't unhook as you move.

I keep responding because this pump is the shit! I didn't even know there was a special bra to be hands free.... I just figured every pump worked like the freestyle with any bra. I CAN NOT imagine pumping NOT hands free :)

I'm one of those that never got around to getting the hands free bra, but only because they never had my size at target and I was too lazy... BUT - I have made it work (I have the double electric freestyle (i think)) -- and I do hook onto my nursing bra or tank - but i need rubber bands to do it - or I just tuck the cups into my bra and position it so I can still type on my computer or be on my phone... so, yeah - sorry - keep it and you can always return it if it doesn't work i bet.

way harsh, tai - haha. love clueless.

I can make you a video and send it if you'd like :) Maybe it has something to do with boob size? Too small or too big may be harder? I have no clue!

@JoJoGirl: Keep the hands free. You may not like the Medela attachments, I hated them. Love my hands-free bra!

@MsLipGloss: LOL!!!! Way harsh, Tai.

@babycrz: Fascinating you were able to make it work! Maybe I'll keep the receipt on the bra until I actually try out the FS.

Thinking back I think the pump comes with two different style hooks for your bra... I always only use the one style that clips onto a nursing tank because all my bras have that same style hook. And it works great. I'm not sure what all the complaints are about actually. Have they changed the hooks in the past 3 years? I bought my freestyle in the fall of 2010.

Hmm. I've used the freestyle through two kids and love the hands free. I hook it onto my regular nursing bra or nursing tank and Voila. I can pump at my desk and work on the computer. I've pumped in the car while driving. Pump while cooking dinner. Pump and fold laundry. You name it. I love it and have never bought a special pumping bra.

Good luck!

Keep the hands free bra. The clips that come with the freestyle are worthless.

@MsLipGloss: perfect, thank you!!!! I read on the Amazon reviews the same thing (someone said "a man clearly designed this thing because it makes NO SENSE how to put it on" - and he was reviewing his wife's pump) but she made it sound like you just attach it to your regular nursing bra and voila, hands-free. I'll keep the milk-machine looking thing with the lady on her laptop ;)

Hang on to it! I don't know what she meant by "hooks on to your bra . . . " . . .

The FS comes with this uber-strappy thingy that you are supposed to be able to use to secure the flanges while you pump. Ummm, I just might not be a smartee panse, but that thingy is way complicated, and I found a regular hands-free pumping bra to be super fast and a lot easier to use.

We did our registry fulfillment this weekend and I got another look at the PISA and Freestyle (insurance won't cover them until after the baby comes so I hadn't decided yet on which to get). I think I'm going with the Freestyle, but also received a pumping bra as a gift. The BBB lady was telling me the Freestyle hooks onto your bra so you don't really need the extra tube top thing... have people found that works? Or should I hang onto it?
