I WAS able to empty my breasts in 15 minutes, which is a considerable improvement. I just use my PISA since I had it before going to back to work but I have considered just buying the parts to transport back and forth to work instead (they even sell a set of parts through my work for $50 I don't know if it's the best price). You have to book the room specifically for the station with the pump though so it might change me scheduling if I did that. I would say if you are still thinking to try a different pump it would be a great one. I used the Symphony at the hospital for a day and didn't notice that much of a difference transitioning to my pump at home. If you can try out the Symphony at home and see if it makes a difference for your output then I think $250 is a pretty good price for the PISA! The Symphony isn't that huge but I don't think it's easy to transport the way other pumps are in their little carry bags. You should notice a difference in suction immediately. If it's your pump then I think you should definitely buy the PISA. I've used both the hospital grade and the PISA. I preferred the hospital one, but my output was the same with both. If I'm running short on time I can pump 75% in ~7 minutes. I usually pump 15-20 minutes though so I get 2 full letdowns.
