Thousands of people have had 15 minutes of fame - these people have been able to turn into a thriving family business, and they are really entertaining to watch. So much of their show is clearly fake, but obviously you can't fake these moments. I just watched the episode last night and it was really touching! I agree it's more disturbing that they had this beautiful, private, meaningful moment with a full camera crew there. I mean, yeah what you all said that this is their life, so why not, but that's a bit weird to me. But, I don't like them and I hate myself anytime I actually watch them.<br /> However, I have to say it's a lot more weird for the woman who let them come and watch and film her water birth. The Kardashians are used to being filmed 24/7. That random woman with the home water birth just invited some strangers in to watch, which I get since it was for their education and stuff, but then she had a full camera crew and millions of people watching. That was weird, since she isn't a reality star or anything. I felt like she must have really needed the money and it made me feel sad.</p> <p>ETA yes, there is no way in hell my brother would be watching my birth. I love him, but he can come see me and my baby after it is out and cleaned up and in my arms and I have a blanket nicely tucked around all my parts. In other cultures it's seen as pretty normal to have family around and very present for the birth.
