Perhaps this wasn't just Elle trying to cover her body shape but also her comfort level with fashion. I kind of feel like they are saying the only way they can glam up a plus sized lady is to cover her in way too much material. I'd be really peeved if I was the designer of that coat, though. It looks like it could be quite attractive, but the stylist didn't even bother to smooth out the collar.
