I got pregnant my 2nd cycle off of BC, and that was after 10 years of being on it pretty much non-stop. A lot of the symptoms could just be your body adjusting to being without BC, but menstrual like cramps and fatigue were my first symptoms so I tested and BFP!!! I was really thinking I was possibly PG, but eventually AF came. (this was just last month), eneded up just being my body all out of whack, still feeling weird and think my body is still adjusting. Could be either.
