It’s better but not perfect. I also tried one of the round cups for low cervixes but cannot figure out how to get it in properly. (Granted I was motivated because tampons felt like my vagina was on fire). The merula is shaped like a fish bowl and I've never had it shift. I wish I had switched sooner! I have very irregular cycles (somewhat regular since having my second child) and they can be really heavy since they are so far apart. As long as I put it in right I have no leaks! (I think that’s the name). The size differences are for flow level and they recommend sizes based on age and babies/no babies. I have been using it for 2.5 years and love it. I have had to go the OBGYN TWICE to get the darn thing removed due to its extremely short removal plug/stem!!!!
