<description>&#60;p&#62;I need help!&#60;br /&#62;
I bought these boneless pork cutlets (about 1.5 inches thick) at Costco and my husband has said he doesn't like them because they are too &#34;porky.&#34;  I need to use them up, so I have 2 for dinner tonight but I don't know how I can prepare them so they're more subtle.  The last time I made them I pan seared them and then baked them alongside apple bread stuffing.  I was thinking maybe I should slice them and stirfry them?&#60;/p&#62;

Wednesday: I am off, so I might peruse the grocery store for some inspo&#60;br /&#62;

Th: DH cooks because I'm at work&#60;br /&#62;
F: crockpot chicken tacos&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We're on a crockpot/freezer meal kick because I did a few cooking classes and stocked our freezer. I want to use a bunch of them up because soon it'll be grilling season, and crockpot meals seem too heavy!

- Ground beef dirty rice with salad.&#60;br /&#62;
- Japanese pork curry with rice.&#60;br /&#62;
- Philly cheesesteak sandwiches with salad.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Toddler will have:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;- Tomato basil gnocchi and meatballs with peas.&#60;br /&#62;
- Chicken corn dog with mixed veggies.&#60;br /&#62;
- Japanese curry and rice.&#60;br /&#62;
- Baby sushi with egg, carrot, and hot dog.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Toddler can try whatever we are having (and he loves the curry) but he's at a weird point where he likes to self feed, but doesn't like to have messy hands and can't manage utensils well enough for some of the meals.  He also doesn't care for bread or hunks of meat - prefers ground up things.
