<description>&#60;p&#62;Monday:  Pork butt in crock pot.  I made pulled pork sandwiches and homemade BBQ sauce (Martha Stewart, freeze half!) and tater tots&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Tuesday:  Pizza fundraiser for the boys' school&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Wednesday:  Pan fried tilapia (coat in flour and other spices) with a lemon cream sauce.  Couscous, veggies.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Thursday:  Pork tacos with leftover pork from crock-pot.  Black beans (pressure cooker), Rice, guac.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Friday:  No idea.  I'm off Fridays so we usually decide then if we are going to go out or cook and I can run to the store in the morning.
