They have two sizes 3-6m and 6-9m, so I don't think it is too late. Only one of my twins can turn from tummy to back.</p> <p>I bought it used and will probably sell it when I'm done with it. I probably wouldn't bother. </p> <p>When we transitioned out of the Merlin we used the sleep sacks with the Velcro arms. I would wrap them tightly around her chest but leave her arms out so she at least had a tight feeling.
