If you can get a used one.. I used ours till 7 months. She could obviously roll but she didn't do it when sleeping plus we cosleep so we used it till the last possible minute.

I just started using the merlin suit at 5 months. They have two sizes 3-6m and 6-9m, so I don't think it is too late. Only one of my twins can turn from tummy to back.

I bought it used and will probably sell it when I'm done with it. So I don't think wasting money is a problem with these suits.

@MrsH: I can't say anything I did actually worked well- c was a terrible sleeper! But maybe it helped. :)

I don't think you would really get your money's worth this late, and then it's just another transition to deal with when she does start rolling. I probably wouldn't bother.

When we transitioned out of the Merlin we used the sleep sacks with the Velcro arms. I would wrap them tightly around her chest but leave her arms out so she at least had a tight feeling. Her arms did flail and wake her up the first couple nights but she adjusted eventually.

Is it to late to try this? DD2 isn't rolling to her tummy yet but is turning on her side.

What else can I try?? She sleeps like crap unless her arms are locked down :(
