And we have one dramatic lady that works here, and she was at her desk and I could hear her gasping and going, "OH MY GOD!!" over and over and reading them out loud as they kept rolling in lol. Meanwhile I'm running around trying to figure out what happened and praying it wasn't my fault. </p> <p>You're not a failure though! A few months ago, I mixed up a spreadsheet of email addresses and names where somehow all the names got separated from the email addresses when I sorted it. So I sent a mass email to about 1,200 of our customers, all starting "Dear [notyourname]," We were all of a sudden flooded with emails saying, "I'm not John," "Who's Mary?" "If I'm such an important customer, why can't you get my name right?" OMG. I wanted to die.
