They still look nice, but I can see the wear at the toe tip. She is rough on the shoes though and wears them to pre school and the playground. I think it is the nature of the leather and that particular type of metallic. The only metallic baby shoes that I've that didn't scuff up were pedipeds. The girls I watch have metallic shoes that held up well though made by Jellybeans. I think its just part of the leather not taking the paint well maybe? As opposed to other shoes that are cheaper materials maybe? She's worn them 3-4 times, and the silver is already rubbing off of the toes. She doesn't even walk yet, so it's not like she's hard on shoes! I'm so disappointed... Especially since SKRs aren't cheap. Am I expecting too much out of a pair of metallic shoes? Do all metallic shoes wear like this, or did I pick a dud? </p>
