We (luckily) haven't had to use them for car incident, but their prices are really good. Even with my recent speeding ticket, I only pay about $600 (was paying $475 before) a year to cover my 2013 Altima. We did have to use them for the house portion part and they were amazing. They sent us a check (for a lot more than we thought) right away, and additional checks for replacement value difference after I bought new items with in a few days after I sent in receipts.
