Unfortunately there isn't much for migraines during pregnancy. I've suffered from them my whole life and they only got worse when pregnant. I had many doctors tell me I just had to suffer.

I took fiorcet and if they got super bad, lortab. If they got even worse to the point where I wanted to die, I went to the er. If they're weather related benadryl helps.

If you're past your first trimester you can try massage. I've also heard accupuncture helps but didn't work for me. Peppermint oil is good too, you rub it on your temples.

Did you try a bag of ice under your neck? That seems to help my migraines.

My cousin was told she could take fioricet during pregnancy.

I'm on day 3 or so of a migraine and going crazy. I have a low grade headache and then intense pain on the top of the right side of my head and top of my right eye socket.

Tylenol isn't helping much. What are your favorite pregnancy safe headache remedies? I've tried chamomile, cool compress, heating pad on neck, darkness, quiet, sleep, essential oils, one of those head massager tingly things. Any other ideas?
