It's painful when I touch it. I'm assuming it's a milk blister. Anyone have any tips on how to heal it?</p> <p>I've tried epsom salt saline solution and thinking but adding heat. Can I put on any topical ointment to speed up the healing? I don't want any type of infection esp mastitis. </p>
