I've had dips in my supply and I just let baby nurse as much as they want for a bit and it gets boosted.

Did you just start using your pump in Dec.? Sometimes it takes a while for your body to get used to the pump. I went back to work at 4 mo. and in the weeks leading up to it I pumped often and the amount of milk i got slowly increased. Plus you have to make sure you're pumping often enough at work. Another thing to check is if you have the right size pump flanges.
Milk supply does whacky things after going back to work. I kept getting clogged ducts after I returned. Other than that I'd try the oatmeal and Fenugreek like PP mentioned and nursing often when you are with baby. @Alexandra603:

Can you get in to see an IBCLC to get some pro advice? Otherwise night nursing can help and lots of galactalogues like oatmeal, flaxseed, brewers yeast and the various nursing teas.

Same thing happened to me when I went back to
Work! I think at around 10 months pp I started getting desperate and tried fenugreek and blessed thistle.
It helped maintain and increase a bit!

I have an 8 month old and my milk supply has pretty much dried up. I'm not sure why - I went back to work in December and I don't respond well to the pump and so had to supplement with formula which I think caused the decrease but I'm not sure. Has anyone had any luck with getting their milk supply to increase this far postpartum or is it formula from here on out? Thanks :)
