Is it possible for you to add in an extra feed in the evening or night? Just thinking it might help you boost your overall supply maybe?

I'm getting more today than yesterday so far. Anytime I pump I take that time to chug as much water as I can. Are you eating enough? This adjustment is almost as hard as birth (it is definitely harder on DH since he has to get up twice as early now to make sure we all get out the door on time.)

The amount I pump fluctuates every day, your body will get into a groove with time.

I wouldn't worry too much just yet. Adjusting to the new routine might effect your supply, but it will help when you start getting into a groove. Also, pumping one side at a time isn't as effective ad both together.

Are you drinking lots of water?
I think pumping one side at time makes a difference too.

Today is my second day of pumping at work (3x)... yesterday I had a total of 15 oz. Today I have 12 oz. :(

I left one flange at home, so was single pumping all day today which I think is the issue.

I'll be working from home the rest of the week nursing, so hopefully it'll pick back up; also -- I'll be working three days in office and nursing the days I'm home... anyone venture to guess how my supply will be affected?

Any wo/ahms with experience? I mean you @autumnlove22!
