They say that at this point your body is really efficient at making milk, so you don't feel full but still have the amount the baby needs.

If she seems happy and not hungry then I would guess that she's doing well :)

I could've written your post... I haven't really felt full either during the toddler months... except one time I was away for a few hours and got engorged. It confirmed for me that I was still making milk! Everyday I go by number of wet diapers and how full they are.

We nursed till 2 years old and I wasn't full after about 9 months old. We nursed about 6 or more times. If she is happy I wouldn't worry. My little dude was below the growth chart and that is what I had to learn. I knew that with his other food it was all just fine.

My 14 month old still likes to nurse several times a day (usually 5-6 times, sometimes more depending on whether she's upset over something). I honestly don't know if she's even getting much milk at this time. I never feel "full" anymore, and she's been STTN since she was about 10 months old.

I offer her whole milk throughout the day as well but baby girl won't have none of it - She only wants boob. I'm just worried that she's not getting enough milk. She's a decent eater depending on the day, but she's pretty petite so I'm always worrying about her intake -.-
