It's huge, so I wouldn't wear all day, I only use for the first feeding of the day. In glad I got it as I get almost an extra ounce everyday. I caught 4-5oz a day without pumping. Enough to freeze a milk ever day (or 1.5 days) and I didn't ever turn my pump on. I only used them when I nursed to catch the let down on my other side.
