<description>&#60;p&#62;@RLCeigh:  book recs would be great! I have a love/hate relationship with guided meditation.  It makes me calm and sleepy so that's good. But in terms of a spiritual practice, I need to understand the theory behind it before I get much spiritual beneit from the practice. Plus I need to be more mindful in my active life (with my kids, in my marriage) so I need something that I can think back on during high stress but not necessarily when I can grab my headphones.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Currently reading Wherever You Go, There You Are and finding it very valuable but still a little up in the clouds as compared to my very practical/&#34;real world&#34; self-help books.
