I'm so annoyed. I really don't have space for 2 pots and don't need one most of the time. But this seems the best idea until I can replace my lid. I think I'm just going you grab the older 6 qt as who knows how long it will have to be my primary pot

I have an 8 qt and a 6 qt (both duos) and I think the mini would be fine as a 2nd pot most of the time. Other than the 1x per week I make yogurt (which ties up one of the pots for ~9 hrs), I mainly use the 2nd pot for rice, mashed potatoes, etc which I think I could probably accomplish in the 3 qt mini. Having 2 pots is so worth it though!

I don't have the mini, but I do have the 6qt. I find it to be a good size.

Anyone have the mini instant pot? My fil melted my lid over the weekend and of course the 8qt replacement lid is out of stock. I'm looking to get a replacement until I can get the lid so I end up with 2.

The mini has a nice price point but not sure if the size will make me crazy.

I could also get the old discontinued 6qt for 75. Anyone have the older style one and love it?
