My biggest complaints are weight gain around my tummy, cystic acne and hair growth. </p> <p>I'm 5 months pp and have had horrible migraines from the pill. My OB has suggested mirena but I'm worried it won't control my PCOS symptoms.</p> <p>What's your experience? </p>
