Then the first normal cycle after the chemical we conceived DD2. My MIL and grandmother also had losses (both after their second), but they were stillbirths, and I'm not sure of the cause of MIL's. It's amazing how more open people are becoming about it. My sis, on the other hand, had two M/Cs between LO #1 and #2. She went on to get pregnant her very first cycle after #2 and has #3. After a year of NTNP, she is 18 weeks along with #4.
