The meaning behind them is only known to the two of us, to everyone else they are just designer earrings.</p> <p>I also keep an ultrasound photo in my wallet, tucked away if a flap I don't use. We have our son now and I haven't gotten anything for him either, so once we figure it out we'll get one for each child in their birthstone. </p> <p>We actually ended up naming both our girls we lost to MCs and sent out announcements to family and very close friends.
