FWIW, my hcg was 26,000 right before my D&amp;C, but it was a blighted ovum. I can’t speak to levels scientifically but wonder if the heartbeat just stopped (assuming you saw it earlier?). My trisomy loss last year we saw a heartbeat around 7w 5d or something, it was a little slow and baby a little behind but ob said it was probably fine. The baby is also measuring 6 days behind. I’m confident that I’m going to miscarry, and my doc said she’s not optimistic.<br /> I had blood drawn and my hcg (89,000) and estrogen (360 and should be over 300) are normal. Does this just indicate there is probably a chromosomal issue? </p>
