@Mrs. Twine: LOL, my bff's niece did the same thing... he told her to go up to mommy and say Shrek You... heeheehee!

Nothing too embarrassing yet, the biggest one is he says shoes like O-shows. We have a hard time saying it right because it's so funny.

I can not wait to hear DD mispronouncing words. So far her cutest is saying "ha-yo" and nodding her head down each time like she's taking a bite :) when DH tells her to say "hallå".

Milk = No (can't figure out if she's telling me no or asking for milk unless I see her make the "milk" hand sign)

My coworker always points out the hospital where his daughter was *born* to her as they drive by on their way home every day. He'll say "DD, that's where you were born!" One time they were in the car with family friends and drove past it (not directly by it, she could just see it from afar out the window) and she was mad that they weren't driving by it so she started screaming "I want porn! I want porn! I want poooorrrrnnnnn!"

On another note, we got into the car and the radio was advertising "naked music". She said "Mommy!!! They are playing naked music!! Naked music!!" She would not stop yelling it.

Hilarious!!

This one's about my 2 yo nephew. DH and I were in the basement with him. DH was hiding under a blanket and kept scaring him, so to keep nephew from being scared I told him that DH was being sneaky. Then it turned into a hilarious game. After a while nephew went upstairs to tell his parents and grandparents about all the fun he was having. Except, he couldn't really say sneaky, so he said "Uncle __ and Aunt __ are being nakey downstairs!" We heard him say it so we busted up laughing and had to quickly explain ourselves!

I love the mispronunciations. I copy it sometimes because its just too cute. He used to call 'zucchini' 'bikini'. So he would be very serious and say "mom! I don't like bikinis!"
He also says "Rets go!" instead of "let's go!" so sometimes I say "rets go" too.

My niece used to drop the first consonant on most words. She would call a castle an a**hole. This one was tons of fun when we were at Disneyland and she was yelling it over and over when she saw sleeping beauty's castle for the first time. A grass hopper was an a**hopper. She had a few others that were funny, but these two were the best.

Yeah, LO went through a phase of substituting f at the beginning of any word that started with s. (I still feel like this was part of some secret preschooler cabal...) Anyhow when he got his hand stuck in a bench at the playground one day, he yelled "F**K!" That was awesome. I'm so glad he grew out of that.

(He wasn't hurt--he just couldn't get loose without help and he totally knew the word he was looking for was "stuck".)
