My thyroid was removed, I take much higher doses than you, and my levels stay okay even if I miss the occasional dose. By then it's more about you being comfortable and keeping the baby on a good growth path. It stays in your system a long time so there's a very minimal effect. Don't freak out. I'm freaking out, I'm 30 weeks and I doubt missing a day will do a thing but I hate missing........but I can't do anything until Monday :/ I don't get why I even need authorization for a refill now......I take it every day........ </p>
