His cousin is missing the lateral incisors. A missing primary tooth is very rare, but possible. I had lots of teeth problems as a kid. Two sets of braces, only lost two teeth by myself so I had to get 26 pulled not including wisdom teeth, 4 of those were adult teeth because my mouth was too crowded, etc etc etc. My mouth was a mess and it's looking like LO is going to have my mouth. She currently has her top two teeth, bottom four teeth and four molars. </p> <p>However, according to the information I have read, she is very delayed in getting her upper two teeth (the ones next to her center teeth).
