Love my zipadeezip! We have cotton ones but they come in fleece, too.

We used the sleepers from Old Navy. That was the only place that I could consistently find mitted sleepers in larger than a newborn size.

If you look carefully there are footed jammies that have fold over mitts on the sleeves! We had some from target, probably carters!

If you already have regular sleep sacks you could long sleeve onesies with the fold over mitts, too. It's crazy, you can clip their nails that night and they still manage to scratch themselves. :(

@ladybee: We use the Zipadeezip: http://zipadeezip.com

Highly recommend it. DD loves it and we love it because she scratches her ears if her hands are uncovered. We're in Canada and we use the stretchy flannel ones...we put socks and a onesie underneath and she stays warm enough.

@ladybee: there are pjs with the fold over mitten cuff at Old Navy. We just picked them up right before Christmas. Then a sleep sack over that (baby deedee is supposed to be warm). We use a Merlin sleep suit over pjs for night to keep our LO warm.

You could always try a sleepsack without his arms out of the armholes. Then he can still move but is less likely to scratch up his face.

LO does not enjoy sleeping swaddled. We've been trying to let him sleep arms out but he keeps scratching his face. Any suggestions for mitted pjs or sleep sacks?

ETA: we love in NE Ohio and it gets cold here in the winter. Something warm would be great!
