She doesn't look very Asian now (4 months), although she did when she was first born. I was hoping she would have dark Asian hair but it's actually lightening up quite a bit. We'll see if that changes as she gets older. She has hazel eyes so also not very Asian looking. But she does look a lot like DH who has the Korean genes. It seems to me (just based on my experience) than many Caucasians in the US think of Hispanic/Latino as a race, while most South Americans think of it as a classification of culture, but neither definition does a very good job - I know a ton of people from all over South America that range in looks from pale skin and blond hair to very dark skin and black hair. She has my almond shaped, dark eyes, but her cheeks and chin are her daddy's. she has light brown, red in the sun, hair! I have black hair and dh has brown hair.
