The vaccination rate in my state is beyond what's considered necessary for her immunity, so in hindsight, I'm actually a little surprised she suggested checking. I'm not sure what to do. They told me I'd have to wait 3 months to try and conceive. I was already in the middle of IF so I kept going and figured I'd get it after baby. That baby is now two and I'm pregnant with my second. I had to wait 3 months not just one month but it is not worth the risk to your fetus if you happen to get measles while pregnant. Serious deformities and problems can arise. If you were to contract measles you'd risk major birth defects and still birth. What makes you think you'll get the measles while your pregnant? Is that your concern? I understand, if so. That's a tough situation. I have no knowledge if a pregnant mothers gets measles, will the baby in utero get it it as well.
